List Of All Facebook Keyboard Shortcut Keys

We all spends a lot of time in browsing Facebook daily right from sleeping on bed in the morning to going to bed at night. What if we can *save* some time while wasting time on Facebook, using some Keyboard shortcuts keys? 😉 Yes, that will be great, shortcut keys not only helps you to browse Facebook quickly but they also save your internet bandwidth as you don't need to visit more pages to access a particular page. So, here are the Facebook Keyboard shortcuts keys for accessing news feed, different Facebook pages and Web Messenger.

Note that these keyboard shortcut keys are browser specific so they vary from OS to OS and browser to browser.For example, for accessing your Timeline in Windows Firefox browser, you can use Shift + Alt + 2 but that will not work in Firefox browser for mac, for mac the shortcut keys will be Ctrl + Opt +2. So, you've to use the combination of keys depending on your browser and system to make Facebook shortcuts work.

Some shortcut are really time saver as well as internet bandwidth saver like keyboard shortcut for accessing 'Activity log'. Suppose, if you follow the link way to access activity log then first you've to go to your timeline and then from there to Activity log. And if you use shortcut to access 'activity log' then just press  Shift + Alt + 7 (On Firefox for windows) and you'll see the activity log, no matter on which page you're currently.

Use the Below combination of keys according to your browser and system followed by the access key number, replace # with the access key listed below.

• Internet Explorer for PC: Alt + #, then Enter
• Firefox for PC: Shift + Alt + #
• Chrome for PC: Alt + #
• Firefox for Mac: Ctrl + Opt + #
• Safari for Mac: Ctrl + Opt + #
• Chrome for Mac: Ctrl + Opt + #

Use the below access keys with the above combination keys to make a shortcut. For example I want to open my timeline on my Firefox for mac, so i will use Ctrl + Opt + 2 as access key 2 is assigned for the timeline.

0 —> Help Center

1 —> Homepage

2 —> Timeline

3 —> Friends

4 —> Inbox

5 —> Notifications

6 —> Settings

7 —> Activity Log

8 —> Official Facebook Page

9 —> Facebook Terms and Policies
